Our task

Together with Leonard Gessner, we set up a top-class sponsorship dinner with in just four weeks. Objective: to present the new “TurnupBRMN” festival as a strong brand - and to attract suitable sponsors for it. From conception to branding, graphic design, material coordination to coordination with the trades, we pulled everything together despite the tight time frame. The location - the Weser Stadium - provided the perfect stage for an evening that should leave a lasting impression.

Result

The result? An event with a magnetic effect. High-quality atmosphere, spot-oncommunication, and a compelling narrative surrounding the festival: this enabled initial discussions with potential sponsors to be converted into specific commitments right there at dinner. A special highlight of the evening was the exclusive live performance by Booz, one of the main acts at the upcoming TurnUpBRMN festival. This not only explained the festival vision, but also brought it to life. What would normally take months was achieved here in just four weeks, demonstrating how strategic event marketing can set real business levers in motion.
