Our story, our founder, our mission
Founding history
Kevin Arenja founded KplusA in 2021 with the first projects. The goal was to make events more strategic, emotional and measurable. Important customer projects followed in 2022, such as the anniversary for di-soric, and partnerships with agencies as subcontractors. In 2023, the team grew to six people. With over 50 events a year and a focus on conception, consulting and event management, our reputation as agency with strong implementation skills was established. In 2024, there were already over 60 projects, and in 2025 we were working with DAX companies, market leaders such as Transfermarkt and the BVFI (Federal Association for the Real Estate Industry). Today we count around 70 projects per year, we are a training company and a strategic event partner for leading companies.
About founder Kevin Arenja
Kevin Arenja is the founder and managing director of KplusA Communications. As TÜV-certified expert in sales psychology, lecturer in event management at THM Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and IHK examiner, he has deep expert knowledge and over 12 years of industry experience — from strategic roadshows and sales events to international events with up to 3,500 guests. After a B.A. in Media and Event Management, an MBA in Business Administration and his Apprenticeship as an event manager, Kevin implemented well over 320 projects for corporations, medium-sized companies and hidden champions. His mission: making events measurably successful — with emotional relevance, clear strategy and an eye for what really works.
