30 career orientation events for young people in NRW

In collaboration with the Employment Agency and Online Experience, we developed a concept that presents career guidance in schools in the language of the target group and in an interactive way. In addition, we were responsible for setting up, dismantling, and supervising the project on site. We also took care of the arrangements and coordination with the schools in advance. In order to present the project digitally, we provided advice on the design of an online seminar and the recording of corresponding video material.

We reached over 3,000 young people at 30 schools of all types, who explored career guidance at school through the project. The final evaluation showed that, on average, the project made young people feel more motivated to think about their career choices. Since the project ended, other schools in North Rhine-Westphalia (e.g., Aachen) have signed up for it.
