Unsere Aufgabe
We have strategically analysed and optimised existing employee events for our client. The aim was to further develop the events so that they not only increase employee motivation, but also sustainably strengthen employer branding. In our consultation, we identified potential, developed creative out-of-the-box concepts and supported the implementation in the form of a mobile exhibition stand in Castrop-Rauxel and Herne. During the events, we provided on-site support and ensured that everything went smoothly.
Ergebnis
Through our event consulting, the existing employee events were optimized and we were able to provide the customer with various tools, solutions and concepts that will optimize upcoming employee events. The events not only strengthened employee motivation, but also improved internal communication and the perception of the company as an attractive employer. A success with measurable added value!
