30 career orientation events for young people in NRW

In cooperation with the Employment and Online Experience Agency, we have developed a concept that presents career orientation in schools in the language of the target group and interactively. In addition, we were on site to set up, dismantle and supervise the project. We have also taken over the arrangements and coordinates with the schools in advance. In order to also present the project digitally, we advised on the design of an online seminar and the recording of appropriate video material.

At 30 schools of all types of schools, more than 3,000 young people were reached, who have dealt with school career orientation through the project. The evaluation of the project has shown that, on average, the project made young people feel more motivated to address career orientation. Since the end of the project, it has been booked by other schools in NRW (e.g. Aachen).
